Introducing such pronounced circles into the otherwise flat-edged architecture would be a very welcome addition to the city planning styles. Even just the scroll work/ionic capitals on the eaves would be a beautiful addition to the plain set of row buildings.
Better yet, the double-barrel front on the centerpiece would be a very welcome sight indeed. You even took into account the total vertical heights necessary for the doors and windows, which would make it a lot easier since people wouldn't have to dusk on the way in any out. The breakdown of the area is lovely, and if you added a few benches then people could gather for chats and coffee too.
Is the pier a separate doodle or just a single dock/peninsula in the distance? Either way it makes for a cute background.
